We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead our Helensvale team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals ready to take the next step in their career within the luxury jewellery and watch industry. While a minimum of three years’ experience in luxury retail or jewellery is preferred, it is not essential — we value strong leadership, a customer-first mindset, and a desire to grow. The Role

As Store Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Driving sales performance to consistently meet and exceed targets
  2. Delivering an exceptional customer service experience
  3. Managing expenses to support business profitability
  4. Leading recruitment, training, and development initiatives
  5. Coaching and managing team performance to build capability
  6. Ensuring excellence in visual merchandising and store presentation
  7. Overseeing operational efficiency and compliance
  8. Maintaining outstanding product knowledge and sharing expertise with your team
