We are seeking an Operations Team Leader at our Poole Office (UK) for our Aftermarket Marine Team. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of aftermarket equipment, revamps, and spare parts — including people, processes, and customers.

Reporting to the Aftermarket Execution Manager, this role is key to enhancing service for our Koch Engineered Solutions customers across Marine Aftermarket Projects and fostering long-term partnerships. Passionate about people, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of 7, working closely with our sales department.

What You Will Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team (Supply Chain, Quality, Logistics, Engineering).
• Ensure operational training, knowledge processes, and resources are in place to optimize operations.
• Drive continuous improvement activities to enhance customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
• Be accountable for operational performance and results (On-Time Performance, Financial Results, Quality Standards).

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience as a leader in an industrial environment.
• Experience leading projects.
• Ability to work under pressure and tight schedules.
• Educational background in engineering or equivalent.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience in operations, maintenance, and/or supply chain.
• Experience with site activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
