Job summary

Equans is seeking a Site Manager to join our team in Skegness on a permanent basis. This full-time role (40 hours/week) offers a competitive salary, a company vehicle, and a benefits package.

You will coordinate repairs and maintenance, oversee the site team with the Delivery Manager, monitor progress, order materials, and ensure KPIs are met in line with regulations. The role requires NVQ4 or equivalent in maintenance, professional safety certifications, and proven site management experience in

Qualifications

• NVQ4 or equivalent in maintenance.
• Professional certifications such as SMSTS, CSCS.
• First Aid certification and health and safety qualifications.
• Proven experience in a site supervisor or manager role within construction.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver repairs and maintenance on site.
• Oversee the site team in collaboration with the Delivery Manager.
• Monitor daily repairs and progress, order materials and ensure KPIs are met.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders and communicate clearly.
• Escalate issues to the Delivery Manager to keep repairs on track.
