Job summary

Equans in Skegness is looking for a Site Manager to lead repairs and maintenance delivery on a permanent, full-time basis. The role oversees the site team with the Delivery Manager and ensures KPI targets and safety standards are met.

You should have a maintenance NVQ4 or equivalent, SMSTS/CSCS, first aid, and proven site leadership in construction. The package includes a competitive salary, company vehicle, 25 days leave, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• NVQ4 or equivalent qualification in maintenance.
• Professional certifications (SMSTS, CSCS card).
• First Aid certification and health and safety qualifications.
• Proven experience in a site supervisor or manager role within the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing subcontractors and site operatives.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with experience in resolving complex on-site issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and successfully deliver repairs and maintenance.
• Oversee the site team in conjunction with the Delivery Manager.
• Monitor daily repairs to keep on track, order materials and ensure KPIs are met.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with client and stakeholders with clear communication.
• Address concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
• Manage multiple repairs with advanced problem-solving skills and safety focus.
