Job summary

EQUANS is seeking a Site Manager to lead repairs and maintenance efforts in Seaham on a permanent basis. The role involves coordinating the site team under the Delivery Manager, ensuring repairs are delivered on time and within budget, and maintaining excellent client relations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver repairs and maintenance projects.
• Oversee the site team in collaboration with the Delivery Manager.
• Monitor daily repairs and KPIs, order materials, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with specifications and standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.

Job description

Equans is looking for a Site Manager to join our team in Seaham on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week.

What will you deliver?

• Responsible for the coordination and successful delivery of repairs and maintenance
• This role involves overseeing the site team with conjunction with the Delivery Manager
• The Site Manager is accountable for monitoring daily repairs for further works, including ordering materials, monitoring progress of repairs ensuring that KPIs are met in compliance with all relevant regulations
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
• Maintain strong relationships with client other stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the repairs process
• Address any concerns or requests promptly
• Make decisions to keep repairs on track, escalating issues to the delivery manager when necessary
• The role of a Site Manager involves advanced problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple repairs simultaneously
• Good understanding of repairs and maintenance contract, technical expertise, and the ability to measure for component installation, window, doors, glazing kitchens and bathrooms

Who are we looking for?
