Job summary

Prospero Facilities Services Ltd in the Isle of Man is seeking a motivated Site Manager to lead construction, M&E, and maintenance projects. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate activities, and ensure work is delivered on time, to the required quality, and within budget.

Reporting to the Head of Projects, you will conduct site inspections, manage subcontractors, and foster a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Site Management role in construction, facilities management, maintenance or M&E environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mobilisation through to project completion.
• Coordinate activities and monitor progress against milestones.
• Conduct site visits, record progress and identify risks.
• Escalate concerns and provide practical solutions.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Lead site teams and subcontractors; manage safety culture.
