Facilities management intrapreneur ltd in the Southampton area is seeking a Project Manager to take full accountability for the safe management and delivery of project works, working with contract teams and clients to generate pipeline sales and opportunities.

You will identify opportunities, develop long-term plans, manage tenders, ensure CDM compliance and QHSE practices, and oversee end-to-end project delivery from estimation to site management.

Qualifikationen

• Recognised technical qualifications in Construction, Mechanical or Electrical or similar.
• Degree level qualification in Project Management.

Aufgaben

• Identify and develop a short/medium and long term pipeline of Project opportunities from the portfolio of customers within the Business Unit.
• Use the LCR and FMR to build long term capex plans for customers.
• Leverage opportunities through visibility and presence on customer sites.
• Liaise with stakeholders to determine requirements and explain feasibility of schemes to become a trusted advisor.
• Work with developers, designers and sub-contractors to define and document scope of work within budget and margins.
• Manage, run and draw up tenders and carry out full tender analysis of sub-contractor returns.
• Work within the CDM process, taking on the role of principal contractor where applicable.
• Identify, reduce and manage all statutory and commercial risks associated with the project.
• Ensure QHSE practices and processes are embedded in each project.
• Ensure full compliance with project management policies and procedures.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project end-to-end (estimating, business development, quantity surveying, sub-contractor management and site manager duties).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of projects.
