Job summary

Boden Group in London is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee building services projects across London. You’ll manage site activities from mobilisation and planning through to completion, coordinating M&E, fit-out, asset replacement and energy-related works.

This client-facing role emphasizes safe site delivery, subcontractor coordination, quality, programme performance and stakeholder relationships, with a 12-month contract and Monday-to-Friday pattern.

Qualifications

• Proven site or project management experience in facilities management or building services.
• Experience delivering M&E, fit-out, asset replacement or energy projects.
• Qualification in project management, building services or equivalent.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, IT and security installations.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing site delivery.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site activities from mobilisation and planning through to completion.
• Coordinate M&E, fit-out, asset replacement and energy-related works.
• Monitor programmes and address delays, constraints and resource requirements.
• Supervise subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel against required standards.
• Monitor workmanship, materials and installations; address defects promptly.
• Maintain health and safety, statutory compliance, permits and site documentation.
• Manage technical, operational and delivery risks; escalate issues.
• Support project managers with progress updates, variations and cost information.

• Maintain health and safety, statutory compliance, permits and site documentation.
• Manage technical, operational and delivery risks, escalating issues where required.
• Support project managers with progress updates, variations and cost information.

About You

• Proven site or project management experience within facilities management or building services.
• Experience delivering M&E, fit-out, asset replacement or energy projects.
• A qualification in project management, building services or an equivalent discipline.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, IT and security installations.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing site delivery.
• Strong client-facing, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness covering project costs, risks and subcontractors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
