Job summary

Enlight10 Ltd on a Portsmouth site seeks an on-site Site Manager to coordinate MEP works, manage the construction programme, and ensure safety and quality on all activities.

You will lead the site team, liaise with subcontractors and the main contractor, and use BIM to share updated drawings with the design team. The role reports to the Project Manager and requires strong on-site leadership.

Qualifications

• Oversee site MEP coordination and execution.
• Strong HSE leadership on site.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate great Health & Safety stewardship and lead Enlight10's HSE on site.
• Oversee onsite M&E construction and manage the construction programme.
• Coordinate and supervise sub-contractors and liaise with main contractor.
• Set up H&S procedures and manage site HSE processes.
• Develop and manage testing, commissioning and inspection programme.
• Use BIM platforms to ensure drawings are current and shared with the design team.
• Attend site meetings and report progress to the Project Manager or Operations Lead.
