Job summary

Howells Solutions Limited is seeking a Site Manager to oversee passive fire works on residential, healthcare, education and commercial sites in Watford, with some travel to multiple sites.

You will drive safety, quality and programme delivery by supervising sub-contractors, inspecting properties pre- and post-work, and leading progress meetings to keep the project on track.

Qualifications

• Mandatory SMSTS certification and CSCS card.
• Experience with social housing FRA is preferred.
• First Aid certification is required.
• IOSH accreditation is preferred.
• Asbestos awareness is requested.
• Must be able to obtain security clearance.
• Fire safety qualifications such as BM Trada, FIRAS or NVQ Passive Fire are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the contractors' works on site.
• Ensure works are completed safely and within timescales.
• Manage sub-contractors and inspect properties pre- and post-works.
• Take progress meetings and oversee day-to-day delivery of the programme.

As the Site Manager, you will supervise and manage the contractors' undertaking works, ensuring the works are completed in a safe and efficient manner within stated timescales. You will be responsible for management of sub-contractors, inspecting properties pre and post works, taking progress meetings and overseeing the day-to-day delivery of the programme.
