Job summary

Checkmate Fire Solutions is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations for fire protection projects. You will coordinate teams, liaise with clients, and ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project scope.

The role requires proven site supervision experience in fire protection or construction, SSSTS/SMSTS, FIRAS, First Aid, and a full UK driving licence. The company offers a competitive remuneration package and opportunities for training through

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Site Supervisor role within fire protection or construction.
• Strong knowledge of passive fire protection systems and regulations.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
• FIRAS accreditation or similar.
• First Aid certification.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

• Supervise and coordinate site-based fire protection works (e.g., fire stopping, passive fire protection, fire doors)
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations and company policies
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and materials
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
• Liaise with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders
• Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
