Job summary

Adler and Allan Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager for our Standlake, Oxfordshire site. The role is permanent and full-time, responsible for delivering work safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.

You will manage site staff, oversee asset allocation, waste treatment, and cost reduction initiatives, with a strong focus on compliance and operational excellence. A proactive leader with good communication will thrive in our growing team.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Strong health and safety awareness and compliance focus.
• Numerate and literate for paperwork and budgeting.
• Willingness to learn and develop in BU environment.
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and staff at Standlake.
• Allocate BU assets efficiently to tasks and manage waste treatment on site.
• Work to reduce costs and improve efficiency; monitor maintenance expenses.
• Ensure site compliance (EA, H&S) and implement corrective actions.
• Develop strategic operating plans aligned with management priorities.
