Job summary

Adler and Allan is seeking a Technical Supervisor to lead on-site teams at customer sites and at the depot, ensuring safe and compliant works while driving project success.

You will own allocated works, plan resources, manage manpower and equipment, and maintain accuracy. The role requires effective communication with operations and customers, and a hands-on approach to fast-paced emergencies and site activities.

Qualifications

• RAMS documentation understanding and adherence
• Effective verbal and written communication with internal and external clients
• Ability to supervise and coordinate on-site teams and projects
• Willingness to undertake additional training to enhance service delivery
• Knowledge of environmental services related works
• Experience in supervising/managing multiple projects and teams
• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver on time
• ADR requirements and tankers knowledge are desirable
• HGV 1 & 2 advantageous

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-site works and depot activities ensuring safe, compliant execution
• Own allocated works and projects, planning resources, manpower and equipment
• Maintain high accuracy and detailed project records and progress updates with stakeholders
• Communicate progress to operations and customers by email and in person, avoiding surprises
• Lead emergency response operations and/or response activities in a fast-paced environment
