Job summary

Logistex UK is seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong engineering and automation background to own a key customer site. You will lead the maintenance operation, drive a robust HSE culture, and develop the on-site engineering team to consistently meet service commitments.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager to identify opportunities for operational improvements, champion continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure maintenance activities are planned and recorded in the

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
Demonstrated leadership/management experience.
Experience with automation systems and warehouse operations.
Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
Experience planning and scheduling maintenance activities and using CMMS.

Responsibilities

Manage the site maintenance operation and ensure commitments are met.
Lead and develop the on-site Logistex team in line with company values.
Maintain and enhance Health & Safety culture across the site.
Work with customer Operations Manager to drive system and operational improvements.
Ensure maintenance activities are planned, recorded and managed through the CMMS.
Manage site performance, budgets, training, quality assurance and compliance records.
Coordinate additional support from regional teams as needed.
Provide regular feedback to senior management and maintain customer relationships.
