Job summary

Altrad Services is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead operations at Stanlow Oil Refinery, North West England. You will oversee mechanical, scaffolding and insulation activities, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, control budgets, drive continuous improvement, and maintain strong client relationships while upholding health, safety and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of on-site operations for mechanical, scaffolding and insulation works.

• Plan, manage and monitor site activities to meet client expectations and timelines.
• Manage site budgets, cost control, forecasting and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve commercial performance and value for the client.
• Act as primary site contact, building strong client relationships and coordinating with internal units.
