Energy Jobline CVL is supporting a well-established social housing contractor in Preston to recruit a Site Manager on a permanent basis. You will report to a Contracts Manager and oversee the programme of works, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key duties include maintaining health and safety standards, monitoring quality, liaising with the client, programming works, and ordering materials.

Qualifications

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid tickets are required.
• Proven track record delivering Social Housing Refurbishment schemes.
• Stable and progressive career history.

The company work across several framework schemes and have recently been awarded new contracts for kitchen and bathroom replacement schemes in Preston.

As a result, they are looking for Site Managers to join their team on a permanent basis.

You will be reporting into a Contracts Manager and your responsibilities will include:

• The smooth operational, ensuring the programme of works is completed within correct timescales and budget.
• Ensuring health & safety is maintained and creating a positive attitude towards H&S throughout the team
• Monitoring the quality of work
• Liaising with the client
• Programming works
• Ordering materials

Experience needed:

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required tickets, along with a proven track record of successfully delivering Social Housing Refurbishment schemes, particularly kitchen and bathroom schemes.

You must be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive career history on your CV.

The salary on offer is £45k (depending on experience) plus car allowance and other benefits
