Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Site Manager for a permanent role on an external refurbishment scheme to tenanted social housing in Oldham.

You will report to a Contracts Manager and oversee programme delivery, HSE culture, client liaison, and material procurement to ensure successful project completion within budget.

Qualifications

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required tickets.
• You must be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive career history on your CV.

The company are currently experiencing an exciting period of growth and have recently been awarded a new scheme in Oldham which is an external refurbishment scheme to tenanted Social Housing properties.

As a result, they are looking for a Site Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

You will be reporting into a Contracts Manager and your responsibilities will include:

• The smooth operational, ensuring the programme of works is completed within correct timescales and budget.
• Ensuring health & safety is maintained and creating a positive attitude towards H&S throughout the team
• Monitoring the quality of work
• Liaising with the client
• Programming works
• Ordering materials

Experience needed:

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required tickets, along with a proven track record of successfully delivering Social Housing Refurbishment schemes (planned maintenance).

You must be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive career history on your CV.

The salary on offer is £42k (depending on experience) plus car allowance and other benefits
