Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a major earthworks and civil engineering project in the UK.

You will lead site teams, plant operators and subcontractors, coordinate labour, plant and materials, and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, with a Gold CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid qualification to drive on-site performance.

Site Manager Requirements
