Job summary

Linear Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a civils project in Bishop Auckland on a long-term freelance basis. You will manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate ducting, drainage and concrete works, and supervise subcontractors to ensure safety, programme, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has civil site management experience, strong H&S knowledge, and holds SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within civil engineering.
• Strong experience across ducting, drainage and concrete works.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of health & safety requirements.

The project involves a range of ducting, concrete and drainage works, and we are looking for a Site Manager with a strong background in civil engineering and the ability to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of site activities.
