Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Earthworks Foreman to join a major civil engineering project in the United Kingdom. You will supervise day-to-day earthworks, coordinate labour, plant and materials, and ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and to specification.

Responsibilities include managing site teams, plant operators, and subcontractors, conducting site inspections, and leading toolbox talks to promote best practice and safety on site.

Qualifications

• Previous Earthworks Foreman experience.
• Gold CSCS card.
• SMSTS or SSSTS.
• First Aid qualification.
• Strong earthworks and civils background.
