Energy Jobline CVL is sourcing a Demolition Site Manager for a Central London project. You will lead the on-site management team, ensuring works progress to the programme and maintaining high health and safety standards.
The successful candidate will hold a track record of delivering large demolition schemes in site management roles in the UK, with SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS and CCDO or equivalent supervisor card. Salary £55,000–£65,000 per annum.
Our privately owned client is a leading name within the demolition and civil engineering industry that prides themselves on their excellent reputation to deliver projects within budget and to programme, whilst always maintaining high standards and quality. They are based in Central London and as a group, successfully complete projects as a principal contractor and as a subcontractor throughout the UK which have values in excess of £15M. Their core areas of expertise include demolition, asbestos removal, enabling works and infrastructure and as a group, they turnover in excess of £120M.
Due to healthy order books and continued company growth, I have been asked to recruit a Demolition Site Manager to work directly for the above contractor. Working as a site manager you will be joining the companies’ demolition management team based in Central London and will be responsible for the day to day management of a site, ensuring work is carried out in accordance and time with the programme whilst also making sure standards are maintained, including health & safety.

In addition to the above, it is essential that you have a strong background in demolition and this experience must have been gained whilst working at site management level for a demolition subcontractor in the UK.
Additionally, as this is a permanent opportunity, I am looking for a professional who can demonstrate stability of employment throughout their career, holding each previous post for a minimum of 3 years and you must be within commutable distance from Central London.
For this permanent opportunity, I am looking to speak to professionals who are targeting anywhere from £55,000 to £65,000 per annum, however there may be flexibility on this as specific salaries will depend on experience and suitability. Furthermore, there will be a generous package on offer in addition to the usual benefits associated with a large successful company.
