An established specialist contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing operations team, delivering high-profile projects across Central London.

The business has built a strong reputation for delivering complex demolition, enabling works, structural alterations and cut & carve schemes on some of London's most challenging sites. With a healthy pipeline of secured work and a portfolio of prestigious projects, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Project Manager looking to join a market-leading specialist contractor.

Reporting into senior operational leadership, you will take full responsibility for the safe, commercial and programme-driven delivery of projects from inception through to completion. You will lead site teams, manage subcontractors, liaise with clients and consultants, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality and efficiency.

To be considered, applicants must have a proven track record delivering demolition, enabling works and structural alteration projects within the London market. Experience managing complex inner-city schemes where logistics, stakeholder management and programme are critical will be highly advantageous.
