Job summary

Red Sky Personnel Ltd in Central London is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a major demolition project in the City of London/ Bank area. This is a site-based supervisory role focusing on demolition and cut & carve works to programme.

You will supervise site operatives, uphold health and safety standards, and deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings. SSSTS/SMSTS and CCDO would be advantageous on a contract that could run up to 12 months at £250–£280 per day.

Qualifications

• Experience in demolition and cut & carve works.
• Knowledge of RAMS, risk assessments and method statements.
• Strong health & safety knowledge and experience.
• Delivering toolbox talks and site safety briefings.
• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification, CCDO Supervisor desirable.

Site Supervisor: Demolition / Cut & Carve

Central London: City of London / Bank
£250 - £280 per day
Contract up to 12 months

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a major construction project in Central London.

This is a site-based, operational supervisory role and would suit someone from a specialist subcontractor background with strong experience across demolition, cut & carve and structural works.

The project involves significant demolition and structural alteration works alongside the construction of a six-storey extension.

You will be responsible for supervising site operatives, ensuring works are delivered safely and in line with programme, with a strong focus on health & safety and safe working practices.

Experience required:

• Demolition and cut & carve works
• Temporary works, propping and structural alterations
• Structural steel installation
• Supervising demolition operatives, including hand breaker and Brokk works
• Strong health & safety knowledge and experience
• Confident with RAMS, risk assessments and method statements
• Delivering toolbox talks and site safety briefings
• Monitoring safe systems of work and challenging unsafe practices
• Previous experience working for a specialist subcontractor
• Strong site-based supervisory experience
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• CCDO Supervisor would be highly desirable

This is a long-term opportunity on a major Central London project, with the potential for up to 12 months' work.
