We are representing a well-established Health & Safety business seeking to hire a Site Manager with a focus on HS/CDM for a 6-month project in Swindon. The role involves a 5-day on-site commitment at a new-build water plant, where the client acts as the Principal Contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee construction and design safety elements of the build.
2. Ensure compliance with CDM regulations on site.
3. Implement pragmatic and proportionate safety solutions tailored to the project's needs.
4. Maintain strong documentation and communication with stakeholders.

Skills and Experience Required:

• NEBOSH General and/or Construction certification.
• Experience with work at heights.
• Knowledge of confined spaces and temporary works (advantageous but not essential).
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and communicate effectively.
