Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Health and Safety (HSE) Manager to oversee multiple sites within an expanding pharmaceutical manufacturing company. The role involves strengthening the company's health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance, and supporting ongoing projects to increase manufacturing capacity and headcount.

The ideal candidate will have experience in radiation and/or radioactivity safety, with the ability to develop consistent procedures and address local site challenges. You will also be responsible for creating new documentation and processes to support the expansion of facilities.

This position is primarily remote, with expected travel to various sites approximately once a month. Flexibility for UK travel is essential. Additionally, the first six months will require three days on-site at a facility in Surrey to address immediate challenges. A car or car allowance will be provided as part of the benefits package.
