Qualifications

- Leadership track record: experience managing multi-shift, 24/7 operations and supervisors.
- Regulatory knowledge: understanding of health and safety regulations, infection control and deceased transport protocols.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and support the Deputy Site Manager to create a high-performing, compassionate and resilient environment.
- Oversee 24/7 operations and fleet utilisation, maintenance and cleanliness with contingency plans.
- Ensure site compliance with health and safety and mortuary standards, including audits and training.
- Manage local resource efficiency and stakeholder relationships.
