Job summary

The Westerleigh Group is recruiting a Crematorium Manager to lead a brand-new site in the UK. You will own day-to-day operations, drive KPI performance and manage the site P&L, while developing a compassionate team aligned with our values.

Training will be provided, including time at other local sites, with a focus on exceptional care for families and funeral directors, and on building lasting relationships within the local community.

Qualifications

• Experienced Business Manager with team leadership and P&L oversight.
• Commercial acumen with budgeting and financial planning.
• Bereavement sector experience is beneficial.
• Strong communication, empathy and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and manage KPI performance and budget.
• Develop and coach site team, fostering a caring culture.
• Build relationships with Funeral Directors and local community.
• Ensure compliance with Westerleigh standards and health & safety.
• Oversee P&L and drive site commercial performance.
