Job summary

Westerleigh Group in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Crematorium Manager for a new site opening in 2027. You will own day-to-day operations, lead a team and manage P&L while developing relationships with funeral directors and families.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a service-focused environment.
• Strong track record of managing budgets and P&L.
• Ability to develop and motivate staff to deliver exceptional care.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver best in class service to the bereaved and funeral director partners.
• Monitor KPI and budget, ongoing development and recruitment.
• Collaborate with support functions and stakeholders to maintain Westerleigh standards.
• Manage P&L and commercial performance of the site; drive opportunities.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and quality across operations.
