Job summary

The Westerleigh Group, in partnership with AUM Crematorium, seeks a Crematorium Manager for a brand new site in Denham. You will lead day-to-day operations, develop a high performing team and drive quality, safety and service to bereaved families and funeral directors.

You’ll undertake extensive training, own P&L, build community relationships and shape a culture that reflects our values while delivering compassionate, dignified services across religious traditions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a business manager and leader of people.
• Commercial acumen with experience managing site P&L.
• Bereavement sector experience would be beneficial.
• Strong people management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver best-in-class service to bereaved families and funeral director partners.
• Manage day-to-day activity including KPI and budget monitoring, development and recruitment.
• Maintain health and safety standards and ensure compliance with Westerleigh policies.
• Develop and nurture relationships with external stakeholders and local community.
