AUM Crematorium, operated in partnership with Westerleigh Group Limited, is recruiting a Crematorium Manager to lead a new site in the Greater London area. You will own daily operations, drive performance, and shape a culture of exceptional care for families and funeral directors.

Qualifications

• Experienced business manager and people leader with a caring, coaching approach.
• Commercial acumen with ability to manage site P&L and budgets.
• Experience in driving performance, recruitment, and team development.
• Ability to build relationships with Funeral Directors and local community.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver best-in-class service to bereaved families and funeral director partners.
• Oversee day-to-day activity, KPIs, budget, recruitment and ongoing development.
• Collaborate across support functions and role-model our leadership values.
• Ensure compliance with Westerleigh standards, policy and legislation.
