Job summary

Search is seeking a freelance Site Manager to join an established project team in Winnersh, RG41, starting Monday 14th September for 4 weeks. You will oversee the electrical strip-out of an office fit-out, ensuring safety and quality standards across on-site staff and subcontractors.

The role requires CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid at Work, plus strong communication, liaison, and IT skills to manage day-to-day activities and maintain excellent working relationships on site.

Qualifications

• CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid at Work qualifications.
• Experience supervising on-site staff and subcontractors.
• Strong health and safety standards.
• Good IT skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.

SITE MANAGER

WINNERSH, RG41
START DATE: MONDAY 14TH SEPTEMBER
DAY RATE: 270 - 280 PER DAY
DURATION: 4 WEEKS

This job for a freelance Site Manager joins an established project team on a scheme in Winnersh, RG41 to start Monday 14th September for a project duration of 4 weeks. The key responsibility in this role of the Site Manager will be to manage and oversee the electrical strip out of an office fit out project.

Key skills and experience required:

• Maintaining high levels of health, safety and environmental standards
• Strong communication and liaison skills
• CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid at Work.
• Day to day supervision and co-ordination of on-site staff, subcontractors, plant and materials
• Building and maintaining good relationships across all subcontractors and direct employees
• Maintain strict quality control procedures and conduct regular site safety checks
• Good IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
