Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a small refurbishment project in Lincoln, UK. The role runs for two weeks and involves overseeing electrical contractors, floorers and decorators on site to maintain safety, quality and schedule.

You will coordinate finishing trades, drive the programme to completion, manage snagging and liaise with subcontractors and senior management to ensure successful handover.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid certificates.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple trades.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and coordinating all finishing trades on site
• Driving the programme to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard
• Managing snagging lists and quality control
• Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
• Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and senior management
• Preparing areas for inspection, handover, and practical completion
