Job summary

Search is seeking a freelance Site Manager to join an established project team in Winnersh, RG41, starting Monday 14th September for 4 weeks. You will oversee the electrical strip-out of an office fit-out, ensuring safety and quality standards across on-site staff and subcontractors.

The role requires CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid at Work, plus strong communication, liaison, and IT skills to manage day-to-day activities and maintain excellent working relationships on site.

Qualifications

• CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid at Work qualifications.
• Experience supervising on-site staff and subcontractors.
• Strong health and safety standards.
• Good IT skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the electrical strip out of an office fit-out project.
• Supervise and coordinate on-site staff, subcontractors, plant and materials.
• Maintain strict quality control procedures and regular site safety checks.
• Liaise with all subcontractors and direct employees to ensure smooth operations.
