Job summary

Randstad Construction and Property is recruiting a Site Manager for a 12-month project near Winchester. The role is site-based with an immediate start and flexible pay options (day rate or fixed-term salary).

Lead on-site delivery, manage multi-disciplinary teams, monitor health and safety, and ensure delivery against programme while liaising with the client and design team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of site management experience.
• Valid SMSTS, First Aid at Work, Asbestos Awareness, and Temporary Works Coordinator tickets.
• IT literate with Procore experience preferred.
• Full UK driving licence and access to transport.
• Energetic, proactive, solutions-focused team player.

Responsibilities

• Site Leadership: Oversee day-to-day site operations and manage multi-disciplinary subcontractor teams.
• Health & Safety: Maintain strict H&S compliance and best practice across all site activities.
• Delivery & Quality: Drive progress against the project programme while maintaining high standards of quality, working closely with the Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for the client and design team.
