Job summary

Appledown Projects near Winchester is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead delivery on a rural conversion scheme. The role is full-time, site-based, fixed-term for up to 12 months with an immediate start, offering a hands-on leadership opportunity on a varied programme across multiple sectors.

• 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager.
• SMSTS, First Aid at Work, Asbestos Awareness, and Temporary Works Coordinator qualifications.
• IT literate, with experience using construction management software (Procore experience preferred).

The role:

Fixed-term contract, up to 12 months

Immediate start

Full-time, site-based

What you'll be doing:

Day-to-day site supervision and subcontractor coordination

Ensuring H&S compliance across all site activities

Programme and quality control, liaising closely with the Project Manager/QS

Acting as the on-site point of contact for the client and design team

What we're looking for:

5+ years' experience as a Site Manager

SMSTS, First Aid at Work, Asbestos Awareness, and Temporary Works Coordinator qualifications

IT literate, with experience using construction management software (Procore experience preferred)

Full UK driving licence and own transport
