Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting for a Site Manager to lead on-site delivery for a 12-month project near Winchester. This full-time, site-based role requires hands-on leadership to manage multi-disciplinary teams and ensure programme milestones are met.

You will uphold strict health and safety standards, drive quality outcomes, and act as the main on-site contact for the client and design team, reporting to the Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven site management experience.
• SMSTS, First Aid at Work, Asbestos Awareness, and TWC tickets are required.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own transport.
• IT literate with construction management software experience (Procore preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Logistics: Full UK driving licence and access to own transport.
