Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting for a Site Manager to lead on-site delivery for a 12-month project near Winchester. This full-time, site-based role requires hands-on leadership to manage multi-disciplinary teams and ensure programme milestones are met.

You will uphold strict health and safety standards, drive quality outcomes, and act as the main on-site contact for the client and design team, reporting to the Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven site management experience.
• SMSTS, First Aid at Work, Asbestos Awareness, and TWC tickets are required.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own transport.
• IT literate with construction management software experience (Procore preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and manage multi-disciplinary subcontractor teams.
• Maintain strict health & safety compliance across all site activities.
• Drive progress against the project programme while upholding quality and working with the Project Manager and QS.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for the client and design team.
