Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a major water infrastructure scheme delivering tunnels, shafts, RC structures and pipelines. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate site teams and subcontractors, and drive delivery on time and to spec.

Lead toolbox talks, monitor progress, and uphold safety and quality standards across the project. SMSTS, Black CSCS Card and First Aid are required; a full UK driving licence is essential, with water sector experience

Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Manager on water or major civil engineering projects.
• Background in tunnels, shafts, RC, pipelines, or underground structures.
• SMSTS, Black CSCS Card and First Aid.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• TWS or water industry experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day site operations, ensuring safe and efficient delivery.
• Oversee tunnels, shafts, RC structures, pipelines, and associated civils works.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and plant.
• Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, RAMS, and project specifications.

• Deliver site briefings, inspections, and toolbox talks.

Site Manager Responsibilities

• Manage day to day site operations, ensuring safe and efficient delivery.
• Oversee tunnels, shafts, RC structures, pipelines, and associated civils works.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and plant.
• Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, RAMS, and project specifications.
