Job summary

Fortus Recruitment Group is seeking a Site Manager to join their External Planned Maintenance team in Tonbridge on a temporary contract. The role covers social housing schemes across Tonbridge and surrounding areas, delivering external maintenance to tower blocks and scattered properties.

Key duties include managing subcontractors and direct operatives, leading the site team, inspecting works, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS are required.
• UK driving license and own vehicle essential.
• Proven track record delivering external planned maintenance schemes.

• Have several direct reports to manage including RLO's and office staff
• Pre & post inspections of works

Site Manager - Tonbridge

External Planned Maintenance - Social Housing

Up to £250 per day

Our Client, a leading nationwide construction contractor are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their planned work division on a temporary contract .

Projects that are being delivered will be external planned maintenance schemes of work. They will be being delivered to tower blocks and scattered properties across Tonbridge and the surrounding areas.

• Management of sub-contractors & direct operatives
• Lead the site team to the best of your ability

My client are looking for someone that has strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering external planned maintenance projects schemes of work. A valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS are required. A valid UK drivers license and your own vehicle is also required for this position.

This is a temporary position which will offer great development opportunities for the successful candidate.
