Job summary

Regen Solutions is seeking a Site Manager for a brand-new contract covering external planned works and internal communal areas. You will oversee on-site activities across Kent and Surrey, mainly Leatherhead to Tonbridge, coordinating operatives and subcontractors to deliver the project.

The role demands strong health and safety focus, drive to meet quality and programme milestones, and ability to manage day-to-day operations while controlling costs. A valid CSCS card and SMSTS are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with internal/external planned works.
• Minimum 5 years' experience desirable.
• Planned Maintenance and refurbishment experience required.
• In date First Aid certificate is needed.
• Full UK driving license and CSCS/SMSTS credentials are required.

Responsibilities

• Accountability for all daily operational activity and the management of operatives and sub-contractors.
• Identifying, reviewing and implementing the client's critical success factors for the project.
• Ensuring that the quality and programme standards are delivered, avoiding any post-completion defects.
• Ensuring high standards of safety and quality are always maintained.
• Ensuring project delivery plan is followed to cost and time frame expectations.

A well-established, Tier 1, fast paced and ambitious construction, and maintenance contractor with a great reputation for providing excellent services to clients.

Role:

The role is on a brand-new contract which involves a working on a planned externals project also covering some internal communal areas. As Site Manager, you will manage and control on site activities the course of this project, which is internal and planned work. The work will be on sites across Kent and Surrey, mainly Leatherhead to Tonbridge.

This will involve:

• Accountability for all daily operational activity and the management of operatives and sub-contractors
• Identifying, reviewing and implementing the client's critical success factors for the project
• Ensuring that the quality and programme standards are delivered, avoiding any post-completion defects.

Key Experience needed:

• Previous experience with Internal/External planned works. Minimum 5 years' experience is also desirable.
• Planned Maintenance and refurbishment experience required.
• In date First Aid certificate is needed.
• Construction-related NVQ / HNC Level 4 and above. Gold CSCS Card required.
• Relevant CSCS card and SMSTS certificate
• Sound knowledge and compliance with health and safety requirements
• Full UK driving license
