Job summary

Regen Solutions is seeking a Site Manager for a brand-new contract covering planned externals and internal communal areas across Kent and Surrey, mainly Leatherhead to Tonbridge. You will lead on-site activities, manage operatives and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Role requires experience in planned maintenance/refurbishment, CSCS and SMSTS, and an in-date First Aid certificate. Driving licence is essential for site travel.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that the quality and programme standards are delivered, avoiding any post-completion defects.
• Ensuring high standards of safety and quality are always maintained.
• Ensuring project delivery plan is followed to cost and time frame expectations.

Godstone - Sites between Tonbridge and Leatherhead Maintenance Contractor

A well-established, Tier 1, fast paced and ambitious construction, and maintenance contractor with a great reputation for providing excellent services to clients.

Role:

The role is on a brand-new contract which involves a working on a planned externals project also covering some internal communal areas. As Site Manager, you will manage and control on site activities the course of this project, which is internal and planned work. The work will be on sites across Kent and Surrey, mainly Leatherhead to Tonbridge.

• Accountability for all daily operational activity and the management of operatives and sub-contractors

Key Experience needed:

• Previous experience with Internal/External planned works. Minimum 5 years' experience is also desirable.
• Planned Maintenance and refurbishment experience required.
• In date First Aid certificate is needed.
• Construction-related NVQ / HNC Level 4 and above. Gold CSCS Card required.
• Relevant CSCS card and SMSTS certificate
• Sound knowledge and compliance with health and safety requirements
• Full UK driving license
