Job summary

Regen Solutions Ltd is seeking a Site Manager on a temp basis to oversee externals on a new contract across Kent sites, including roofing and window replacements. You will manage on-site activities, operatives and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality and adherence to the project delivery plan.

The role requires extensive experience in planned maintenance/refurbishment, valid CSCS/SMSTS, and a Full UK driving license, with RICS/MCIOB membership advantageous.

Qualifications

• Internal/External planned works experience.
• 5+ years' experience desirable.
• Planned maintenance and refurbishment experience.
• In-date First Aid certificate.
• Gold CSCS Card.
• CSCS card and SMSTS certificate.
• Sound knowledge and compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Full UK driving license.
• Membership of or working towards RICS/MCIOB would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Accountability for all daily operational activity and management of operatives and sub-contractors.
• Identifying, reviewing and implementing the client's critical success factors for the project.
• Ensuring that the quality and programme standards are delivered, avoiding any post-completion defects.
• Ensuring high standards of safety and quality are always maintained.

Role:

The role is on a brand-new contract which involves a working on a planned externals project also covering roofing, scaffolding and Window/Door replacements. As Site Manager, you will manage and control on site activities the course of this project, which is external and planned work. The work will be on sites across different areas in Kent the project is externals including roofing and window replacements.

This will involve:

• Accountability for all daily operational activity and the management of operatives and sub-contractors

Key Experience needed:

• Previous experience with Internal/External planned works. Minimum 5 years' experience is also desirable.
• Planned Maintenance and refurbishment experience required.
• In date First Aid certificate is needed.
• Construction-related NVQ / HNC Level 4 and above. Gold CSCS Card required.
• Relevant CSCS card and SMSTS certificate
• Sound knowledge and compliance with health and safety requirements
• Full UK driving license
• Membership of or working towards RICS/MCIOB would be advantageous.
