Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a long-term roofing planned maintenance scheme in Kent. The role involves managing sub-contractors and direct operatives, leading the site team and delivering works to specification on a permanent basis.

You will oversee pre/post inspections, health and safety and quality checks, with a proven track record in roofing maintenance. Valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS and Asbestos Awareness are required, with training and progression opportunities offered.

External Planned Maintenance – Social Housing

Up to £55,000 Plus Package

Our Client, a leading nationwide construction contractor are currently looking for an experienced site manager to join their planned works division on a long term roofing scheme of work.

Projects that are being delivered will are external maintenance projects. They will be being delivered to tower blocks and scattered properties around Kent.

On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties:

Management of sub-contractors & direct operatives

Lead the site team to the best of your ability

Manage delivery of works to specification

Have several direct reports to manage including RLO's and office staff

Pre & post inspections of works

Health & safety & quality checks

My client are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering roofing planned maintenance projects. A valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness are required.
