Job summary

Fortus Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced site manager for a ten-year framework delivering internal and external plan maintenance across Norwich. You will supervise the site, manage subcontractors and direct operatives, and ensure delivery to specification on multi-site tower blocks and scattered properties.

The role requires strong communication, proven delivery of planned works, and valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a proven track record delivering planned maintenance projects.
• Experience leading site teams and managing subcontractors to meet specifications.
• SMSTS/First Aid/CSCS and Asbestos Awareness are required.

External Plan Maintenance Projects – Social Housing

Up to £55,000 Plus Package

Our Client, a leading nationwide construction contractor are currently looking for an experienced site manager to join their planned works division on a ten year framwork.

Projects that are being delivered will are internal and external plan maintenance projects. They will be being delivered to tower blocks and scattered properties in Norwich and the surrounding areas.

On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties:

• Management of sub-contractors & direct operatives


• Lead the site team to the best of your ability


• Manage delivery of works to specification


• Have several direct reports to manage includingRLO'sand office staff


• Pre & post inspectionsof works


• Health & safety & quality checks
