Job summary

Prospect Vale is seeking an experienced and organised Site Manager to oversee the upkeep, safety and security of the school premises, coordinating maintenance and managing contracts to support the smooth running of the school.

The role requires hands-on approach, strong organisational skills, and experience in facilities or site management. 37 hours per week, 52 weeks, permanent contract; interview process and pre-employment checks will apply.

Your Role

We are looking for an experienced and organised professional who has experience of planning and coordinating maintenance, managing contracts, and ensuring a safe, secure and well maintained environment. As a site manager you will take responsibility for the upkeep, safety and security of the school premises, ensuring that all facilities are maintained to the highest standard to support the effective running of the school

About You

We are looking to appoint a motivated and friendly individual who shares our vision and values. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills and a hands on approach. Previous experience in a facilities or site manager role is desirable.
