Job summary

Prospect Vale Primary School is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the upkeep, safety and security of the school premises in Stockport. The role involves planning and coordinating maintenance, managing contracts and ensuring facilities are maintained to the highest standard to support daily school operations.

The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills, a hands-on approach and previous site management or facilities experience.

Qualifications

• Experience of planning and coordinating maintenance.
• Experience managing contracts.
• Previous experience in a facilities or site manager role is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for upkeep, safety and security of the school premises.
• Ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standard to support the effective running of the school.
• Oversee contracts and liaise with providers to ensure services meet required standards.

Your Role

We are looking for an experienced and organised professional who has experience of planning and coordinating maintenance, managing contracts, and ensuring a safe, secure and well maintained environment. As a site manager you will take responsibility for the upkeep, safety and security of the school premises, ensuring that all facilities are maintained to the highest standard to support the effective running of the school

We are looking to appoint a motivated and friendly individual who shares our vision and values. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills and a hands on approach. Previous experience in a facilities or site manager role is desirable.
