Job summary

Pace in Reading is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a residential refurbishment on a 12-month contract. You will be responsible for daily site operations, safety compliance, and coordinating trades to meet programme milestones.

The ideal candidate will have main contractor experience in residential projects, SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS qualifications, with excellent organisational and communication skills. Salary is negotiable by experience.
