Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a hands-on Site Manager for a 25-week refurbishment project in Trowbridge. You will be responsible for on-site delivery, coordinating trades and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate has previously worked for a main contractor on internal refurbishment schemes, holds SMSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid, and can demonstrate a solid track record in site management from a trades background.

Qualifications

• Must have SMSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid.
• Trades background with solid site management history.
• Experience with main contractors on internal refurbishment projects.

My client is looking to recruit a site manager for a 25 week contract to work on a refurbishment project in Trowbridge.

Candidates must have worked for a main contractor and on internal refurbishment projects in the past.

The successful candidate must be able to display a hands on approach and is locally based to Trowbridge.

Candidates must have SMSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid and be from a trades background with a solid work history as a site manager.
