Job summary

Invision Group is recruiting a Site Manager for industrial new-build projects around Reading, Berkshire. You will oversee day-to-day site delivery, ensure safety, programme, and quality standards, and work closely with the Project Manager and delivery team.

The role requires proven site management experience in industrial/new-build settings, CSCS/SMSTS/First Aid, and willingness to travel to sites. A permanent position with a salary up to £50,000 plus package is on offer.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction.
• Strong background in industrial, logistics or commercial new-build projects.
• Valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid.
• Own transport and a full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel to projects when required.

Site Manager - Industrial New Build

Location: Reading / Berkshire

Salary: Up to £50,000 + Package

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established construction contractor for a permanent Site Manager position covering projects in and around Reading.

The successful candidate will join a growing business delivering a range of industrial and logistics developments, with project values typically ranging from £5M to £25M. This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager looking to secure a long-term position with a contractor undertaking technically challenging new-build projects.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of industrial new-build projects, ensuring works are completed safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.

You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors and site teams, maintaining high standards of health and safety, managing site logistics and working closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team.

Requirements

• Valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
• Strong subcontractor and site management experience
• Good understanding of health & safety and construction processes
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Own transport and a full UK driving licence
• Must be willing to travel to projects when required
