Job summary

PSR Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Working Foreman for a short-term refurbishment project in Reading. The role involves supervising trades on site and ensuring that works progress smoothly on an older building, while maintaining high standards.

The ideal candidate holds SSSTS or SMSTS, a valid CSCS card and a First Aid certificate, with a reliable, proactive, hands-on approach. Rate is 220–250 GBP per day, negotiable depending on experience.

Location: Reading Duration: Approximately 6 weeks Start: Next month

• Brick replacement and repairs
• Tile replacement
• Minor sash window repairs
• General supervision of trades on site

Requirements:

• Reliable, proactive, and hands-on approach
• Willing to assist on site and muck in when required

This is a straightforward project, but we require someone who can take ownership of site activities, maintain standards, and keep works progressing smoothly.

Rate: 220- 250 per day (negotiable depending on experience)
